If you haven’t tried a Malbec, you have been missing out! One of the noble Bordeaux blending grapes that is creating quite a buzz. Aromas of cane berries, pie cherries, white pepper, leather, and coffee. On the palate a complex layering of cranberry, Marionberry, oak, leather, vanilla and smoke. The mouthfeel is smooth and the finish contains a palate cleansing crispness that makes this an excellent food wine.

Serendipity - the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way." Experience lavender, raspberry, cherry and cigar box on the nose. On the palate a smooth fruit entry develops into a complex blend of pome- granate, raspberry, stewed plums, coffee and tart cherry on the mid-palate. The finish has a bit of grip at first and a pleas- ant linger that allows you to contemplate the opus that is this wine.

Taste for near citrus elements and something that might be a cross between Syrah and Zinfandel (yes, I know that sounds odd, but �) Cherry, pit fruit, and berry flavors mark Malbec's Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon neighbors, but seem to have chosen to take a back seat to Malbec's choice to be different.
